Asthma in the Schools Resource Box

The Asthma in the Schools Resource Box is a field-tested guidebook and toolkit to help school administrators, nurses, parents, and teachers meet the challenge of managing asthma in the school setting. It features:

  • A practical approach that focuses on real-world classroom scenarios
  • Topics presented concisely, with clear terminology
  • Developed with extensive input from school nurses, who identified the most common asthma-related concerns for educators
  • Complete Spanish translation

The Asthma in the Schools Resource Box is available to schools, as well as clinics, doctors' offices, community groups, and others by request. E-mail asthma@lungcolorado.org.
