Planned Giving
Planned giving is giving to charity that is coordinated with financial and estate planning to serve both philanthropic and personal needs. Planned giving incorporates many different kinds of financial and tax benefits. Planned gifts are bequests, charitable gift annuities, charitable trusts, pooled income fund and others.
Bequest Language
If you wish to include the American Lung Association in Nevada in your will, the following wording is suggested:
"I, (name), of (city, state ZIP), give, devise, and bequeath to the American Lung Association In Nevada, 3552 W. Cheyenne Ave. Ste. 130, North Las Vegas, NV, 89032; (written amount or percentage of the estate or description of the property) to be used for its general purposes."

Since 1904, the American Lung Association has worked to fight lung disease by helping people quit smoking, funding research, improving indoor and outdoor air quality, and educating millions about asthma.
