You're Not in it Alone
We offer experienced, trained staff to guide you through the entire car donation process. Whether donating online or by calling 1-800-LUNG-USA, option #3, you will never have to donate your car alone. The process is easy and fast!
Leave the Towing to Us
After we receive your title, a towing company will contact you to arrange a time for a pickup, usually within just 24-72 hours after we receive your paperwork! Once we have the paperwork you can leave the rest up to us!
Receive a Tax Donation
IRS regulations permit you to deduct $500 or the actual value received by the charity for the vehicle you donate. We will send you notification of what that dollar amount is within 30 days of the sale of your vehicle. All cars received by the American Lung Association of Colorado are sold for the highest value possible to help fund our mission - to prevent lung disease and promote lung health. In order to quickly turn your donation into cash, we wholesale your car to the highest bidder at a local vehicle auction.
